Everyone knows that, but a lot of folks, in spite of knowing this, don't manage to do what's expected of them, giving the excuse that they're busy! This is completely unacceptable! Your body should always come first and giving that an hour a day to your body's desires should truly not be a problem.

Another important part of keeping fit is getting enough rest. So if you're working diligently during the day, then make sure you get adequate rest 7-8 eight hours a day.
